Dr Catherine Wikholm, Chartered Clinical Psychologist

BA (Hons, Oxon), Dip. Psych, MA (Oxon), MSc, DClinPsy, CPsychol

One in three children and teenagers experience mental health difficulties such as anxiety, low mood and depression. The earlier your child can access appropriate specialist support, the more effectively difficulties can be resolved.

As a Doctor of Psychology specialising in child and adolescent mental health, I offer comprehensive assessment and evidence-based psychological therapy tailored to your child’s individual needs. The main approaches I offer include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and integrative therapy. At Teddington Child & Adolescent Psychology, I specialise in working with children and young people aged 5 - 25 years old. I also offer consultation and support sessions for parents.

I know how important it is to find the right person to help your child. Book your free phone consultation today and you can ask me any initial questions you may have.
