STEP 2

Book your assessment appointment.

The assessment process will involve exploring and clarifying the present problems, taking a history, and agreeing a plan for psychological input (individual therapy, family therapy, or parent consultation/support sessions).

STEP 3 

start your sessions.

Individual therapy sessions are typically weekly. To ensure that therapy is helpful and effective, we will regularly review progress. Family sessions or parent sessions can be booked on a weekly, fortnightly or ad hoc basis.
